Caitlyn Savage, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Caitlyn Savage, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse at a children’s hospital, where she developed a strong clinical foundation grounded in compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her undergraduate degree from East Tennessee State University and completed her Nurse Practitioner training at Vanderbilt University.

For the past five years, Caitlyn has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner in aesthetic medicine, gaining extensive experience in both non-surgical and surgical patient care. Working closely alongside Dr. Lo in plastic surgery, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of aesthetic principles, surgical planning, and long-term patient outcomes. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail ensure thoughtful, individualized care for every patient.

With a lifelong artistic eye, Caitlyn blends creativity with advanced medical training to help patients look and feel their best. She finds deep fulfillment in being a positive presence in her patients’ lives and takes pride in helping them feel confident and empowered. Caitlyn especially enjoys guiding surgical patients through their transformation journeys and is honored to care for breast cancer patients during such meaningful chapters of their lives.Caitlyn is excited to be part of Lumière Plastic Surgery & MedSpa and is passionate about delivering refined, high-quality care within an elevated, patient-first experience.

Faith Thackerson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Faith is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients look and feel their best through safe, personalized aesthetic care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University before completing her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree. 

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Faith worked as a registered nurse at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and compassionate approach to patient care. She later expanded her expertise in aesthetic medicine, gaining experience in cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, and wellness services. 

At Lumiere Plastic Surgery + Med Spa, Faith is dedicated to creating natural, confidence-boosting results while ensuring every patient feels comfortable, educated, and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey. She believes the best outcomes come from listening closely to each patient’s goals and developing individualized treatment plans that enhance their natural beauty. 

Outside of the office, Faith enjoys spending time with her husband Tyler, their Golden Retriever, Honey, and preparing to welcome their first baby.

Kari Irvine

Kari Irvine is a Licensed Paramedical Aesthetician, Certified Cosmetic Laser Operator, and Certified Acne Expert with advanced training in oncology aesthetics. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, she brings a deep clinical foundation to every treatment, seamlessly combining medical precision with refined aesthetic care.

Kari completed her aesthetics training at the Tennessee School of Beauty Skin Care Centre and pursued advanced education at the National Laser Institute. She holds specialized certifications across multiple cosmetic laser platforms, aesthetics for skin of color, and advanced medical-grade skincare lines, including SkinBetter Science, ZO Skin Health, SkinCeuticals, and SkinMedica. As a Face Reality Acne Expert, she is highly skilled in developing personalized acne treatment protocols designed to achieve meaningful, lasting results.

Kari’s approach is defined by both technical expertise and a commitment to individualized care. Her extensive laser training allows her to safely and effectively address a wide range of skin concerns while prioritizing skin health and integrity. She works collaboratively with each patient to create customized treatment plans that align with their goals and support long-term skin vitality.

She believes optimal skin health is achieved through partnership, education, and consistency. In her treatment room, patients can expect results-driven procedures in an environment that is professional, calming, and restorative. Kari places strong emphasis on at-home care and provides tailored skincare guidance to enhance and maintain in-office results.

Kari’s philosophy is simple: deliver clinical excellence within a luxury experience, while providing genuine, thoughtful care to every patient who entrusts her with their skin.

Jennifer Smith

Jennifer Smith serves as our Practice Manager at Lumière Plastic Surgery and MedSpa, bringing more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to the practice. A graduate of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Jennifer has built her career around operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has led high-performing clinical and administrative teams, and streamlined complex operations. Her leadership style blends strategic vision with a hands-on, patient-first approach—ensuring every detail of the practice runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Jennifer plays an integral role in shaping the practice’s elevated standard of care. She is deeply committed to delivering a next-level patient experience—one defined by thoughtful communication, refined service, and innovation. Under her leadership, we set a new benchmark for excellence, where exceptional service, innovation, and attention to detail define the Lumière difference.

Ciara Hollifield

Ciara Hollifield is a licensed medical aesthetician specializing in results-driven, corrective, and anti-aging skincare. With over six years of experience in medical aesthetics and a background in plastic surgery and corrective skincare, she brings a clinical yet compassionate approach to every treatment.

As a certified ZO® Skin Health Expert, Ciara blends advanced treatment modalities with evidence-based skincare protocols to deliver measurable, transformative results. Her focus is on enhancing skin health, restoring confidence, and creating long-term, sustainable outcomes.
